  • Exchange approval is subject to our discretion
Exchange Options:
  • If the original product is unavailable, you can order another product of equal or higher value
  • Any price difference must be paid through our website. No COD is available, difference amount is to be pre-paid only 
  • Exchanged product will be delivered within 5 working days
Return Shipping:
  • Reverse pickup services are not available
  • Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of returning approved products to us
